Any non inclusive calls will be charged at the rates below and are subject to a call setup fee of 8p. Calls starting 084,087,09,118 will incur a 8p per minute access charge as well as the service providers charge.
All call packages have a call limit duration of 1 hour per call after which you would be charged for the time period after the initial hour at 1p per minute for landline calls and 5p per minute for mobile calls.
Setup fee includes handset delivery, activation of service and number porting.

You must have an existing high quality internet connection with spare ethernet port on the router in order to use our Centrex Single Line phone service.
Our Centrex Single Line phone service will not operate without power so you must ensure you have an alternative means of making emergency calls.

These features are included in with all our Centrex services, some are enabled on demand.
Caller Display shows you the number of the person calling so you can decide whether to answer the call. To use you will need a compatible handset (nearly all current UK sold phones are compatible).
With Call Waiting, a gentle beep alerts you that another call is coming in. You then have the option to end your original call and take the new call, swap between both calls, or continue with your current call.
Enabled on a per call basis via starcode.
Call Forwarding enables you to have all calls diverted to another number - anywhere in the UK, most overseas destinations or a mobile phone. You can choose to - divert all calls, divert on no reply, divert when the line is busy or divert when your terminal adaptor/phone is not reachable.
The diverted leg of the call will be charged at your normal call rates and included in any call package that you may have.
Anonymous Call Reject blocks any caller that doesn't send their phone number via Caller Display. Can be enabled via email request.
The following features are only available when using a Centrex handset, they are not available when using an ATA.
Incoming Call Barring allows you to bar incoming calls and is managed via the call block option on the handset. Outgoing Call Barring is enabled for premium calls by default on all services, international calls are also blocked on the 'Anytime UK' package by default. Alterations to outbound calling bars are done via an email request.
Allows you to transfer calls to another number, you will be charged for the diverted leg of the call if the number you divert to is outside your call package.
Allows you to talk to 2 other parties, you will be charged for the calls to any additional party if the destination called is outside your call package.
Voicemail to email is included with all our Centrex services.

Any destination not listed above will cost in excess of £0.50 Per Minute. Calls to satellite phones vary according to the operator of the service but will be in excess of £2.00 Per Minute, we will pass on our wholesale cost plus your call setup fee.
